Meet the Complete Family Wellness Team

Helen Muchow FNP-BC, FPA, APRN, MSN.
Helen Muchow has been in the nursing field since 2009 and has worked in various settings including acute wound care, telemetry, and family practice. She has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse since 2016, seeing patients in a busy family practice setting and holds full practice authority in the state of Illinois.

Like so many women in our area she is a busy working mom and lives in Cary with her husband of fifteen years and their three beautiful children. She believes that families should have more convenient access to high quality, personalized health care, in the safety of their own homes, and believes that a mobile primary care practice can serve families like hers.

Prior to entering nursing Helen and her husband served in Iraq as Sergeants in the US Army Reserves as Military Police Officers, and Helen found her calling in the medical field after becoming a disabled veteran. She believes strongly in supporting fellow local veteran's and first responders and is dedicated to working around their busy schedules while maintaining their privacy.
Matt - Owner and Partner
Helen's husband and business partner at Complete Family Wellness. Matt and Helen served for over a year in Iraq in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom as Sergeants in the US Army Reserves. Their family has a long standing tradition of military service and have served in the US Army, US Air Force, and the US Space Force. Matt has been a first responder in the Chicago area since 2004.
Anne - Office Manager
Anne has worked in the child care industry since 2008, eventually working as a child care coordinator and manager for several households. During that time she was responsible for managing all of the daily activities of the families involved including managing appointments, transportation, daily care, schooling, and addressing emergency after hours issues. Anne has earned her Medical Coding and Billing Certificate. She is a full time mother and wife, and lives in the area with her two beautiful children.
Erika - Reception
Erika has worked in the medical industry since 2000 and spent much of her time with a large corporate care provider as part of the office staff. She and Helen have worked with one another for over five years, and work seamlessly together. Erika loves to travel and spends much of her time vacationing with her significant other. She has two beautiful adult children and loves to visit them whenever possible.

My husband saw Helen for a physical and she was fabulous! He's been avoiding going to the doctor because he gets so much anxiety. She put him right at ease and is so down to earth and personable, as well as knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall to have quality medical care in the comfort of your own home.
