Complete Family Wellness utilizes the Athenahealth portal system, allowing you to access your health information from multiple healthcare offices in one place—with just one email and password. If you have any questions about this system, please feel free to contact us directly.
If you’re new to our practice or setting up your Athenahealth Portal account for the first time, please follow the instructions below or speak with a member of our staff to ensure your account is set up correctly.
Complete Family Wellness reserves the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment.

Call us to register your account, or let us set it up for you during your first visit. Once your account is ready, we will send you an invitation link via email.
To ensure a smooth setup, we encourage you to allow us to assist you. Patients who have attempted to set up their own portals have reported issues accessing their information and receiving messages.

Once you receive your invitation link to your Athenahealth account, you can access it online through the Patient Portal link above or download the AthenaPatient app for Apple devices and the AthenaOne app for Android devices.

Once on the website or app, you can view upcoming appointments, review past visits and notes, access lab results, manage your children's information, make payments, and communicate with your provider and medical staff. This is the most efficient way to have your specific requests addressed by Complete Family Wellness.
Fullscript Supplement Portal
Complete Family Wellness uses the Fullscript portal system to give our patients direct access to safe, effective supplements from healthcare's top brands, to facilitate care on every level. Fullscript offers brands that have received National Sanitation Foundation Institute certification, meet cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) Regulations, have passed the Fullscript Quality Program vetting process, and use no third-party resellers.
Not only can our patients use Fullscript to buy their favorite supplements and have them shipped directly to their homes, but our Healthcare Providers can also build patient plans customized to your current needs, at your request.
