Phone, text, or immediate consultation request by patient after normal business hours. Voicemail, Email, and Portal messages will be addressed during next business day.
Complete Family Wellness uses the athenahealth portal system to help you access your health information for different healthcare offices with just one email and password. Patients who have questions regarding this system may contact us directly.
Complete Family Wellness reserves the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment.
